We offer a full, hassle-free, money-back guarantee on all of our items. If you have tried our supplements out on your pet, and after 6 weeks they haven't shown a difference, please do let us know. It can take up to 6 weeks for these new ingredients to work their way into their bodies systems and start to work, so please give it time. 

Returns & Refunds:

If you would like a refund, please do 'contact us' and let us know. Please provide your order number and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within a maximum of 5 working days, once the item have been returned and received by us. We will notify you when we have received your request, and also when your refund has been returned to your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery fees. 

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives and your pets supplements are damaged, then please do 'contact us' as soon as possible to let us know. Please provide your order number in the email so we know where this item was delivered to. We then aim resolve the issue as soon as possible. In most cases, we will aim to send out a replacement item within 3 working days.
